Dear Homeowners,

Our Fall Community Wide Garage/Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, 26 September, from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Each homeowner is responsible for their own sale.  This sale is normally well attended and a good way to clean out those garages and closets.

Homeowners are reminded not to display items on sidewalks or along street curbs.

This event will be advertised through the use of banners at our main entrances to Banbury Meadows and an announcement will be posted on Craig's List.

COVID 19 - Homeowners are encouraged to follow ID State, County & City health & safety requirements in place at the time of this event.

If you have any questions or need more information in this regard, please contact Jean Cariaga, our Association Manager at DSI, Tel# 208-939-6000 or by email at [email protected].

Spring Activation of HOA Irrigation System - Monday, 13 April

Our HOA Irrigation System will be turned-on / activated on Monday, April 13th.  Please note that it may take a day or two to get the entire system fully operational and the water pressure tweaked for normal service.

As a precaution, during this turn-on process, it is recommended that homeowners check to make sure  their residential main irrigation valves / gates, including garden hose faucets, etc., are turned off.  This will ensure that the initial water pressure surge does not damage residential systems and prevent leaks that could be caused by valves stuck open over the winter season.  Homeowners are also encouraged to open their main valves / gates after the irrigation pumps are turned on (anytime after 1 PM) and test their systems for leaks.

If you have any questions or need additional details concerning this notice, please contact DSI, Jean Cariaga at 208-939-6000 or by email at [email protected].

Thank you.

Republic Services collection changes for Eagle Customers

Dear Homeowners,

The notice below from the City of Eagle Public Information Officer and Republic Services is provided for your information.

Board of Directors

Republic Services collection changes for Eagle Customers

Republic Services has made a temporary change to its trash collection schedule in light of the coronavirus. Residential collection now begins at 6 a.m. so that Republic Services can stagger crew start times and keep a healthy distance between employees. Bulky item and appliance collection will be suspended as of Monday, March 30, 2020. This is in response to early research indicating COVID-19 surface viability up to 72 hours on metals, plastic, and some paper. The household hazardous waste mobile collection program is not an essential service and has been suspended at this time. The next collection scheduled for April 8, 2020, will be cancelled and normal operations for this program should resume before the next quarterly collection scheduled for July 8, 2020. If you have questions you can call Republic Services at 208-345-1265. Edit: This post previously stated that collection would end by 9 a.m. This was incorrect so it has been removed from the post. Up-Date - Pressure Testing of Main HOA Irrigation Lines and Pumps

UP-DATE TO NOTICE BELOW

Please be advised, due to the recent "Stay at Home" order by Gov Little, our HOA Management Company, Development Services, are now required to stop providing services from their Office.  In compliance with this order Jean Cariaga and her staff will be working remotely from home.

As a result of this significant change we are all requested to contact DSI, for all HOA related questions or issues, by using Jean's email address:  [email protected].  Contacting DSI by telephone will result in delays in their response time as voice mails must be screened and passed on to the appropriate Association Manager for action.

This change will be in place for 21 days effective 3/25/2020.

The DSI Team and Board of Directors appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Thank you.

***************************************************

Dear Homeowners,

Please be advised, the HOA's Landscaping Company (Aloha) will be running system pressure tests on our main Irrigation lines and pump stations over the next week or two.

The normal Spring activation / turn-on of the system is not planned until the week of 15 April (subject to weather conditions).  A separate eblast notice will be released when that takes place, however for now this action is taken ONLY to test our system to make sure it will be ready for full operation next month.

It is recommended that homeowners make sure their main irrigation valve, from our main lines to their property, are turned off, and garden hose faucets that may be connected to their residential irrigation system are also turned off.

If you have any questions or need further details concerning this announcement, please contact Development Services (DSI) at 208-939-6000 or [email protected].
