Villas Homeowners,

As you may have seen from the recent email from the Main HOA, our community irrigation pumps and system will be activated/turned on tomorrow 11 April for testing and flushing out of the main lines.

This activation process and testing are expected to take a few days to complete.  Therefore our Villas Landscaper (BBLC) will be turning on our individual VILLAS residential irrigation systems during the week of 15 April.

This does not require any action on your part.

Dear Villas Homeowners,

Subject to our weather conditions at the time, the Main Banbury Meadows HOA will be activating the primary community pumps and irrigation system during the week of 15 April.  

During that same period our Landscaper, Brother Bear Lawn Care, will also be activating and testing our "Villas Residential Irrigation Systems" - - this does not require any action on your part.
