Dear Villas Homeowners,

Our HOA Landscaper, Brother Bear Lawn Care (BBLC), has informed us that they will be spraying our lawns for weeds between today and Friday.

The product they will be using will target crabgrass and other weeds that are typically found in our lawns.  This spraying will not include flower or tree beds, that application will be addressed separately at a different time.

BBLC’s technician applying the weed application will attempt to contact each homeowner (if you are home)  by knocking on your door before providing the service.  This will serve as a reminder that the application is about to be applied.  Homeowners are also advised to keep their dogs/pets from walking in the grass/turf for approximately 30 to 45 minutes after the application is put down to allow it to dry.  The application is not poisonous to people or pets however it is advisable to keep your pets off of the grass until the application has dried.
