Dear Villas Homeowners,

Please be advised, and mark your calendars, the Villas HOA Annual General Membership Meeting is scheduled to be held 0n Tuesday, 11 March 2025 at the Banbury Golf Course Clubhouse (Harbottle Room).  The event will start at 5:00 PM with an Icebreaker followed by the meeting at 5:45 PM.

A formal announcement / notice will be sent to each homeowner via mail / post prior to the event along with copies of the meeting agenda and related documents.

For your information, both the Villas and Main HOA’s will host their Annual Meetings in March as follows:

a.  Villas Annual Membership Meeting, Tuesday, 11 March 2025 (details above)

b.  Main HOA Annual Membership Meeting, Wednesday, 26 March 2025 (details will be provided separately).
