UP – DATE – 9 APR 24

Villas Homeowners,

Please be advised, due to the heavy rains we have recently had, BBLC may need to skip mowing some lawns (front and/or back yards) to prevent damage to the turf/lawn during their 9 & 10 April service days.

Thank you.

*******************  PREVIOUS NOTICE *******

Dear Villas Homeowners,

Please be advised, that our First of the Season Lawn Care Service (Mow, Edging, Blow, and Cleanup), will take place on Tuesday & Wednesday, 9 & 10 April.

Due to the cool weather we have experienced this Spring, and the slower turf recovery/growth from the Winter Season, we have decided to delay our first lawn care service by one week.  This will allow our grass/turf time to become better established and have a good healthy amount of growth before our first mowing.  We understand a few of our lawns have become a little overgrown but this delay will help our lawns to be better prepared for the warmer months of the summer.

It should also be noted, that our Main HOA Irrigation Pumps will not be turned on or activated until the week of 15 April.  BBLC will then be able to turn on or activate our individual Villas Residential Irrigation Systems.  This will not require any action on your part.

If you have any questions or need further details concerning this notice, please contact our HOA Manager, Jean Cariaga, DSI, via email:  jean@dev-services.com.

Thank you.
