Dear Homeowners,

For your information, the Villas Board of Directors have approved funding for an extra/additional end of season cleanup (leaf & debris removal) of our properties by Murillo’s Landscaping.

This decision was made due to the unusually late leaf drop of our trees and plants that occurred in the fall and extended into the winter season.  Now that most of the snow has melted, and the weather forecast is favorable, we have contracted Murillo’s to complete the project between Monday, 2 January and Wednesday, 4 January.

We are hopeful Mother Nature will allow this work to be completed, however should the weather not cooperate we will make every effort to reschedule the cleanup at a later date.
