The only change or update to this document pertains to Roofing Materials (Shingles, page #3) authorized for use within our community.
This update provides specific guidelines and restrictions for the use of two (2) roofing shingles, and colors, that properly reflect and meet the Architectural Design and standards of the Villas properties and our long-standing Tuscan Theme.
