To ensure the HOA is in compliance with the federal EPA Clean Water Act, we have hired Natureu2019s Choice (N.C. Services) to maintain our common areas around the pond and stream banks for noxious weeds.  (This does not include golf course ponds and streambeds as we have no jurisdiction over these areas.)  The EPA law requires the use of aquatic appropriate chemicals to treat weeds near waterways.  Failure to do so could result in fines to the HOA in the event of environmental damage to plants and animals in streams and ponds that feed into the Boise River.  It is important to remember, individual homeowners are not allowed to spray weeds on the common area.  Please contact Lorena@Advantage-Idaho.com to report any concerns about common area maintenance.
