UPDATE: 9 October 2025 Dear Homeowners, Please be advised that our BBM HOA Irrigation System and Main Pumps will be shut down for the Fall/Winter Season on Tuesday, 14 October 2025. The system will remain off until the Spring of 2026, normally in the April timeframe.
