Spring Activation of HOA Irrigation System – Monday, 13 April John Boyd, Website Manager, 4-9-20 |
Our HOA Irrigation System will be turned-on / activated on Monday, April 13th. Please note that it may take a day or two to get the entire system fully operational and the water pressure tweaked for normal service. As a precaution, during this turn-on process, it is recommended that homeowners check to make sure their residential main irrigation valves / gates, including garden hose faucets, etc., are turned off. This will ensure that the initial water pressure surge does not damage residential systems and prevent leaks that could be caused by valves stuck open over the winter season. Homeowners are also encouraged to open their main valves / gates after the irrigation pumps are turned on (anytime after 1 PM) and test their systems for leaks. If you have any questions or need additional details concerning this notice, please contact DSI, Jean Cariaga at 208-939-6000 or by email at jean@dev-services.com. Thank you. Board of Directors |
