Homeowners,

The Board is please to report that repairs have been made to our Irrigation Pump Station and our water pressure has returned to its normal level.

As a reminder, if you are having problems with your irrigation water pressure recommend you do the following:

1.  Check and clean your main residential irrigation filter.

2. Check and clean your mini-filters located within each sprinkler head.

3. Make sure your irrigation timer is running only one watering zone at a time.  Normally residential irrigation lines will not support multiple zones at the same time without significant lost of water pressure.

4. Change the time of day you water your lawn in an effort to find a period in which there is less or lower demand on the main HOA irrigation system.

5.  If you are still experiencing low water pressure, after taking the steps outlined above, please contact our HOA Manager at DSI; Tel # 208-939-6000.

Thank you.

Homeowners,

Please be advised, one of our pump stations went down last night causing wide-spread low irrigation water pressure throughout our community.  A temporary fix was made this morning to restart the pump station but you may still be experiencing low water pressure.

Our pump company and landscaper have been advised and we expect repairs to be made sometime today or tomorrow.  Once the repairs are made and the system is back up to full operational status we let you know via a separate notice.

Thank you and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
