Banbury Meadows Homeowners’ Association

The new EPA Clean Water Act was explained to the Board by Ron Hutt of NC Services who currently treats our pond for weeds and algae.  The major concern is being able to contain the water in the pond for 48-60 hours during the treatment to avoid any possibility of fines.  The Board has met with the Golf Course and the Developer and so far has not been able to find a way to accomplish this.  We are investigating further with the Engineer who designed the waterways in Banbury and will keep you updated on this issue.
