Villas Irrigation Water Status, AS of: 2 May 2023
*********************
Dear Homeowners,
The Main HOA Irrigation Pumps and System have been repaired and is now operating normally. The water pressure has also been tested and is back to normal levels.
Please note, our Pump Company has advised us that some debris/organics will continue to flow through the system for another week to ten days, but should slowly lessen and reach acceptable levels duirng that period.
Your water pressure – – if you continue to experience low water pressure, below 30 PSI, please contact DSI or the HOA at the following email: bbmhoabd@banburymeadows.org.
NOTE OF INTEREST: A few homeowners have asked if our HOA Irrigation Water comes from or is provided by the Banbury Meadows Golf Course Irrigaiton Systerm? The answer is NO, our HOA Irrigation System, Main Lines and Pumps, is a completely separate system operated and maintained by the HOA.
If you have any questions concerning the details above, or about the HOA Irrigation Water you are receiving, please contact Jean Cariaga, DSI, 208-939-6000.
Thank you.

Dear Villas Homeowners,
Due to the delay caused by today’s shutdown of our Main BBM HOA Pumps and Irrigation System (see Main HOA Email Notice below), which was required to make repairs, the Villas will also need to delay the activation of our individual residential irrigation systems.
Brother Bear Lawn Care will now turn on our Villas Irrigation systems between Monday, 24 April and Wednesday, 26 April. Furthermore, in light of the recent cooler than normal weather, and above average rain fall, we are confident this delay will not adversely impact the condition of our lawns or plants.
We appologize for this delay, however, our landscaper is unable to turn-on or service our residential irrigation systems with the main pumps being down, this includes adjusting all of our timers, turning on our main valves, testing the systems for leaks, and to make sure they are operating properly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
If you have any questions or need further information, please contact our Assocation Manager, Jean Cariaga, DSI, at 208-939-6000 or contact the Villas HOA Board at: villashoabbm@gmail.com.
Thank you.
