–NOTICE FROM BROTHER BEAR LANDSCAPING-

Dear Villas Homeowners,

Due to the cooler weather we have had over the last few days, and the heavy rains occuring today, BBLC has been required to reduce or eliminate its lawn care services to many of our Villas Properties.

While inspecting many of the Villas lawns today, we found the grass was very wet, soggy and in many cases flooded.  Attempting to mow or service the lawns while in this condition would result in damage to grass/turf.

Looking ahead, the current weather forecast predicts warmer and dryer conditions as we move into the following week.  We are hopeful to return to our normal lawn care services during the week of 27 May.

We apprecaite your understanding and support during these unusual weather conditions which have restricted our normal services.
