The Banbury Meadows Home Owners Association has its own irrigation system. We own the pumps, pipes and valves. However, the homeowners irrigation system begins on the homeowneru2019s side of the deeply buried HOA owned valve most of us can find in the back corner of our lots.

What to do in an emergency when the irrigation system is leaking:

  1. First determine if the leak is in the HOA system or on your side of the valve. If you determine the leak is in the HOA system and itu2019s after normal business hours you may call Aloha Gardening at (208) 322-9069.
  2. Aloha has 24/7 service and will dispatch a technician to evaluate and fix the problem.
  3. You are responsible for your irrigation system. If the leak is determined to originate in your irrigation system, Aloha Gardening will bill you for the service call.
  4. During normal business office hours please call Development Services (DSI) 208-939-6000 and describe the circumstances. Upon their discretion, they will dispatch someone to look at the leak.

Unless your yard is being greatly damaged, we urge you to wait until normal business hours and contact DSI and describe the leak to them. They will best know how to handle the problem and usually, there will be no cost to you.
