The following ACHD announcement is shared for your information. Please note tomorrow’s road work is currently scheduled to take place outside of Banbury Meadows, except for work to be done from Chinden/Locust Grove to Chipper Way. For updates and information as to when work will be done in Banbury Meadows go to the ACHD website map, which is updated daily (link provided below):
Tomorrow (July 7), ACHD crews will chip seal McMillan Road from Locust Grove west to Meridian Road; Locust Grove from McMillan north to Chinden; Locust Grove from Chinden north to Chipper Way; the interior roads of the Spurwing Greens Subdivision located north of Chinden and west of Ten Mile Road; and the interior roads of the Paramount Subdivision located south of Chinden and east of Linder Road. Crews will sweep the interior roads within the Oakcreek Subdivision located at the southwest corner of McMillan and Black Cat Road; Veterans Memorial Parkway from north of the Boise River to Stilson Road; University Drive from Broadway west to Lincoln Street; Fairview Avenue from Five Mile Road west to Cloverdale Road; Linder Road from Ustick Road north to Chinden Boulevard; and Meridian Road from Ustick Road north to River Heights Drive. Crews will fog seal University Drive from Broadway west to Lincoln Street; Veterans Memorial Parkway from north of the Boise River to Stilson Road; Ustick Road from Locust Grove Road west to Eagle Road; Ustick Road from Cloverdale Road east to Five Mile Road; and McMillan Road from Star Road east to Ten Mile Road. Residents are asked to refrain from parking on these streets during the chip seal process, and to keep water from sprinklers and hoses from wetting roadways. All work is weather permitting.
