The following information is provided concerning our upcoming Annual HOA General Membership Meetings and inquiries/questions raised by a few of our homeowners:
1. Main HOA Annual General Membership Meeting – 25 March 2026:
For your planning, the Annual Banbury Meadows Main HOA General Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 25 March, starting at 5:00 PM at the Banbury Meadows Golf Clubhouse. A formal announcement and invitation will be sent to all homeowners.
The meeting will begin with an icebreaker at 5:00 PM, and the working session will start at 6:00 PM.
More information and details will be provided in the coming weeks.
Note – During the meeting, the Board has invited a representative from M. Bottles, Real Estate & Development Services, LLC to address our homeowners and provide the latest update concerning their planned development on the corner of Colchester Drive and Eagle Road.
2. Ongoing excavation project at the Banbury Meadows Golf Course (parking lot area):
In response to several inquiries about the ongoing excavation project within the Golf Course Parking Lot. Please note that this project is not associated with the HOA or our Irrigation System. The project involves replacing a golf course gravity-fed water line from the 9th Fairway Lake running under the parking lot to a nearby collection vault/box, which feeds into the 10th/18th Fairway Lake.
3. Villas HOA Annual General Membership Meeting – 11 March 2026:
The Villas HOA will be hosting their Annual General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, 11 March at the Banbury Meadows Golf Clubhouse (Harbottle Room). The event will start off with an Ice-Breaker at 5:00 PM followed by the working session beginning at 6:00 PM. A formal notice and invitation will be sent to all Villas Homeowners in the coming weeks.
