Dear Homeowners,
The Banbury Meadows HOA Board is looking for 3-4 volunteers to serve on a newly established Compliance Committee.  On a rotating basis, volunteers would typically participate in 1-2 hour weekly drive around inspections of our community.  Historically the HOA has paid our HOA management company (AMP) to make these drive around inspections, but due to increasing labor costs, inspections have been cut to only once a month.  The HOA Board is looking to supplement AMP inspections or to eventually completely take on this responsibility.

Volunteers would note violations of community standards such as refuse containers left in the streets, unkempt lawns and overgrown weeds, tree limbs overhanging sidewalks, trees covering street lights and signs, recreational vehicles exceeding timeframes, trash piles, improper signs/flag, etc.  These violations would be forwarded to a designated HOA Board member and HOA Management Company (AMP) for action. Committee members would NOT have any responsibility to communicate directly with the violators. One member of the Compliance Committee would normally attend the monthly HOA Board meeting to provide updates.
If you are interested in serving, please forward your name, address and a brief statement on why you are interested to Anita@ampmyhoa.com. The HOA Board will select the final Compliance Committee members and the Chair from those that have expressed an interest.
