For your planning, this year’s Fall 2025 HOA Community Wide Garage/Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, 20 September.
The sale will run from 8 AM to 6 PM.
During the event, each homeowner is responsible for their own sale. The sale is normally well attended and a good way to clean out your garage and closets.
Homeowners are reminded to NOT display items on sidewalks or along street curbs.
This event will be advertised through the use of banners at our main entrances to Banbury Meadows, and an announcement will be posted on Craig’s List.
