Kelley Johnson (daughter of Dick & Ruth Kanemasu, Banbury Meadows residents) died at the age of 45 of an aggressive brain tumor. Kelley fought cancer for more than 23 years and was an example of living life to the fullest for all around her.
We are celebrating her life with an annual golf tournament to benefit the National Brain Tumor foundation to assist with brain tumor research and to help find a cure for this cancer.
Banbury Golf Club will be the site for the tournament. The date is Monday, May 19th. Registration is at 8:00 a.m., the shotgun start is at 9:00 a.m. Lunch, awards and silent auction is at 2:00 p.m. There are some surprising and fun events during the tournament. There will be a putting contest like none you have ever competed in before. Come and have a most enjoyable day and help eradicate this terrible disease that strikes so many people.
