When shoud you submit a request? When you make modifications to your landscape by adding a new tree or bushes or develop a new flower bed or berm. Don’t submit a request when you are just replanting an existing flower bed. Don’t submit a request when you are replacing a dead or damaged bush or tree, just remember to replace it with one of similar type and size. Your original house had to have a given number of bushes and trees in a given size.
When you are changing the color of your house or driveway you should submit a request. If your new paint and trim will be exactly the color it was before, there is no need to request approval.
If you are adding a patio cover, archway, pergula, fountain, fire pit, dog run, fence, more driveway or any similar outside construction, you should contact the ARC. Remember all fences should be black wrought iron.
Do you want a dog house or shed on your property? Submit an ARC request. All dog houses or tool sheds must be attached to the house and must be of the same material as the house.
HERE ARE THE FORMS AND CONTACT INFORMATION YOU’LL NEED TO CONTACT THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE. You can also email: roland_desaulniers@msn.com
