Many of the original house plans that were submitted for approval to the ARC of Banbury Meadows have been kept in storage these many years.  (Storage has rotated between the sales office and homeowner garages.)  The files are not complete, but there are six very large boxes, so there are many plans.  These files are now unneeded and will soon be discarded.  

If you are interested in having a copy of the plans for your house, contact Suzanne Craig by email, giving her your address.  If there is a plan for your house in the files she will contact you and you can arrange to pick it up. If you house plan is not in the files, she will let you know. (email: suzannecraig@msn.com).  What remains will be discarded June 1.

The ARC continues to keep a file of every request for ARC approval so that when questions arise, research is easily done.
