The Banbury Meadows HOA Board met on June 11th.  Here are the highlights from the meeting:

  • Welcomed two new Board members, Hans Brandt and Gene Severt to replace outgoing Directors, Susan Logan and Frank Celsnak.
  • Discussion regarding enforcement of NO BOATING rules on HOA pond.  Waiting for advice from HOA attorney.
  • ARC proposed Guideline changes to accommodate new building plan review were approved.
  • Reserve Study identified common area painting projects were approved as well as bid from JLS Painting Co.
  • Follow-up to Mosquito concerns from homeowners.  Ada County Weed & Pest Control was contacted and they will respond to individual homeowner complaints as part of their tax service.  Contact info will be e-blasted to homeowners.
  • The Board will contact the Developer and Golf Course to address homeowner golf course maintenance complaints.
