Villas Irrigation Activation, 12 & 13 April (DELAYED DUE TO BAD WEATHER)

Dear Villas Homeowners,

Unfortunately, due to the continuing cold weather and rain, Murillo's has had to again delay the activation/turn-on of our residential irrigation.

They will attempt to restart their work tomorrow, Friday, 15 April, and hope to complete the process by Monday, 18 April.

You will be advised once the irrigation has been activated within the Villas Community.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

****************** LAST UP-DATE 12 APRIL *****************

Villas Homeowners,

Due to the colder (freezing temps) and wetter weather forecast for this week, our irrigation water will NOT be turned on and tested until Thursday and Friday, 14 & 15 April.

Thank you.

Board of Directors

Dear Villas Homeowners,

Please be advised, as indicated in the Main HOA's recent email notice below, the Main Pumps and Irrigation System will be activated on Tuesday, 12 April.  However, our residential irrigation systems here in the Villas will be activated and tested by Murillo's Landscaping on the 12th and 13th of April.  This will allow Murillo's time to run necessary tests, make repairs, replace sprinkler heads and filters as needed.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this activation process.

Also, Murillo's will begin their Mow schedule on the 14th and 15th of April, so please do not operate your sprinkler systems on your yards/grass during those dates.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Jean Cariaga at DSI, Tel# 208-939-6000 or via email; [email protected]

Thank you!

**** Main HOA Email Notice - Activation of Irrigation System, 12 April  ******

Dear Homeowners,

Our Main HOA Irrigation System will be activated and available for your use beginning Tuesday, 12 April.  Please note, the system will be pressurized, pumps tested and main lines flushed out during the week of 4 April, and it will take a few days to get the entire system fully operational and the water pressure tweaked for normal service.

As a precaution, and before the turn-on process begins, it is recommended homeowners check to make sure their residential main irrigation valves/gates, including garden hose faucets, etc., are turned off by 1 April. This will ensure that the initial surge of water pressure (performed the following week) does not result in leaks that could be caused by valves stuck open over the winter season.  You are then encouraged to open your main valves/gates on or after the 12th of April.

Please note, it is normal for your main irrigation filter, and sprinkler heads, to collect debris and sometimes become clogged during the first few weeks of operation.  Although the HOA will have flushed out our main irrigation lines, some algae and other unwanted material may continue to flow through those lines.

If you have any questions or need additional details concerning this notice, please contact DSI, Jean Cariaga at 208-939-6000 or by email at [email protected]

Thank you.
